HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 674 (1976) 84 ORDINANCE NO. 674 ~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 611 (IRVINE/TUSTIN 2 INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX) ON APPLICATION OF THE IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX. The City Council, of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain as follows: 5 1. paragraph 2.b)3) of Ordinance No. 611 of the City of 6 Tustin, California, is hereby amended to read as follows:' 7 3) Building permits may only be issued for the area 8 southerly of Walnut Avenue, subject to and within the 9 following limitations: 10 a) There shall firDt be constructed at the cost and II i~ expense of the property owner an at-grade crossing from Dow Avenue to Moulton Parkway .to the specifications as approved by the City Engineer as an i~cerim access road, 14 or in lieu thereof, an agreement entered into secured by 15 a bond in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,0.00.00) for an ei~htee~ (18) month t. ime period from ~- 17 the date of adoption of this Ordinance to 'guarantee such 18 construction, subject to the approval of the City Attorney. 19 b) At such time as City finds and determines that traf- 20 fic conditions so require, Walnut Avenue shall be extended ~1 easterly between Myford Road and Harvard AvenUe at cost of other than the City of Tustin, and from and after such de- termination and until completion of such extension, no fur- ther building permits shall be issued for construction on that portion of the property rezoned by this Ordinance lying 26 southerly of Walnut Avenue. c) At such time as City finds and determines that traf- --- 28 fic conditions so require, the Irvine Industrial Complex or' ~9 subsequent owner of subject right-of-way shall cause an in- 30 terconnection of Myford Road and Jamboree Road to Moulton 31 Parkway as now or hereafter aligned on the orange. county 85 ~ master.
