1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
PROVIDING FOR POSTING OF BONDS IN LIEU OF
~ IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN CONDITIONS
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, ordain~

as follows:

The Tustin City Code is hereby amended by addition thereto
of Sectton.ll2~..to read as follows:

Sectlon,ll. 2~ When any act is required by any ordin~nee.

resolution or minute order of the City Council or By any

resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,

whether as a condition or requiremen~ of an approval or

otherwise, and iS required by such ordinance, resolution or
minute order to be performed ~Ithin a specified time as e

condition precedent or which may be inferred to be required

to be performed ~ithin a reasonable'time, the City Council

16 may by resolution or minute order Eran~ an ex~enslon or
defertel of time within which to perform said act upon the

posting of security of a type, form, con~en~ and amount

19 approv~d by the City Coun'cil, Such security may be in the'.
form of a surety bondv cas'h deposit ~ith the Treasurer of

the City Attorney, Provided, however, that no such sehurity
