AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO REGULATION OF TAXICABS.
The City Council of the City of Tustih, California, does ordain as
follows 'i
That Chapter 21 of the_ Tustin City Code is hereby amended by the

addition thereto of Section 21.035 'to read as follows:
Section 21. 035. Transfer

No taxicab or taxicab stand permit may be transferred and no

ownership interest in any permi6tee, including, but.not limited to,
10
any interest in a partnership, limited partnership, joint venture,
11
unincorporated association, corporation or other entity may be

transferred without the prior approval of the License and Permit
Board. Upon any transfer in violation of this section the permits
held by such entity shall automatically terminate forthwith-

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, City
16
of Tustin, California, held on the 5th day of January, 1976.

certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 670 was duly and regularly introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15th day'of December , 1975 and was given its second
reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the 5th day of January 19 76, by the
following vote:
