AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING
2 TtIE SITE OF ST. CECILIA CATHOLIC CHURCH FROM THE R~4
(RESIDENTIAL) .TO THE P&I (PUBLIC & INSTITUTIONAL)DISTRiCT,
.. 5 ON APPLICATION. ZC 75-2.
~ The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
5 1. The City Council finds and determines:
6 A. That rezoning proceedings have bee~' duly initiated
7 by the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin on application
8 number 75-2, for the purpose of rezonii~g the properties
9 described as Assessors Parcels 432-161-22. a~d 23, being a
!0 portion of Lot 50, Block 11, .Irvine Tract Number 3965, known
11 as 1301 Sycamore Avenue.
12 B. That after ~ublic hearing. duly called, noticed and
1:~ held, the Planning .Commission recommended rezoning as
~ 1~ hereinafter specified.
15 C. The City Council duly called, noticed and held a
16 public hearing on said matter.
17 D. That said proposal is. granted a Negative-Declaration
i8 from the requirement of an Environmental Impact Report, and
19 the zoning would provide consistency with the Tustin area
~0 General Plan.
~I E. Said properties should be rezoned as herein provided.
2~ 2. The subject properties are hereby changed from the "R-4"
~5 Residential) District to the "P&I" (Public and Institutional)
