ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING ORDINANCE #475
AND PORTIONS OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO FLY CONTROL
5 WHEREAS, fly control activities have heretofore been performed by the
6 Health Officer of the County of Orange in the unincorporated areas ef Orange
7 County and have by contract been performed by the Health Officer of the County
8 of Orange for areas within the City of Tustin; all fly control activities have
9 now been relinquished by the Health Officer of the County of Orange and
lO assumed by the Orange County Mosquito Abatement District, a county-wide
!l special district, with jurisdiction both within and without the territory of
1~ the City of Tustin, and said district has the power to enact and enforce fly
!3 control regulations throughout the County of Orange including the area within
!~ the City of Tustin; accordingly fly control regulations of the City of Tustin
15 are no longer necessary-
!6 NOW, THEREFORE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN DOES OPdDAIN that
1T Ordinance #475 and the provisions of the Tustin City Code amended thereby and
18 Sections 12-13 through 12-17 of the Tustin City Code are hereby repealed-
19 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, City of
20 Tustin, California, held on the 2nd day of September, 1975 at Tustin,
