AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ·
AMENDING THE SIGN CODE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
~ ORDINANCE NO. 614, AS AMENDED.
3 The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
~ 1. The City Council finds and'determines as follows:
5 A. That a proper application was filed by the
6 Planning Commission on its own motion to amend Article 8,
~ Section 10, subsection 1 of Ordinance No. 614, the Sign
8 Code of the'City of Tustin, California.'
9 B. That a public hearing was du~y called, noticed
10 and held on said proposed amendment by the Planning
11 Commission and said amendment was recommended.by the
l~ Planning Commission.
13 C. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
14 and held by the City Council on said proposed amendment.
15 D. That the amendment should be adopted in order
16 to provide adequate signing for professional office
1~ buildings located upon corner lots.
18 E. That the proposed amendment is exempt from
19 the requirements of an Environmental Impact Report.
~0 2. The Sign Code of the City of Tustin, Ordinance
~1 No. 614~ As Amended, is hereby amended by the amendment of
~ Article 8, Section I0, subsection t, to permit one (1) wall
~5 or one (1) monument building identification sign (single
~ face), not to exceed twelve (12) square feet of sign face
~5 area, on each street frontage for a ~rofessional building
~6 ].ocated upon a corner lot, with said amendment to read as
~7 set forth in Exhibit "A" attached here to and incorporated
2~ herein by this reference.
29 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
~0 Council, City of Tustin, California, held on the 4th day of August, 1975.

second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held
