AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING
2 FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF MISCELLANEOUS COUNCIL EXPENSES
4 The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:.
D 1. The City Council finds and determines:
6 (a) That continuing monthly amounts are expended by the
V members of the City Council in carrying out the duties and
8 obligations of their offices, including, but not limited to,
9
expenses for automobile, travel, meals and telephone;
10 (b) That such expenses are reasonable and proper expenses of
11 and for the benefit of City, and City should reimburse the
12 members of the Council for such ekpenses;
15 (c) That it has been established to the satisfaction of the
14 City Council that said expenses are reasonably and p~operly
': ' 15 incurred each month in amounts in excess of $ 1~5 O0 by
-:~ ' the Mayor and $100.00 by eaChOf'the other~memberS
1V of the Council. . .
18 (d) That due to the repetitiveness of said expenses, it iS

unnecessary that said expenses be.itemized and claims.therefor

filed each month.
2. It is hereby ordered that the sum of $ 125o00 be paid
monthly to the Mayor and the sum of $100.00 to each other member of
the City Council as and for reimbursement for their miscellaneous expenses
of office until further order of the Council.
