AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 189, THE CONTINUITY OF
GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN
The City Council of the City of Tustin, ~Iifornia
ordains as follows:
1. Ordinance no. 189, the Continuity of Goversent
Ordinance of the City of Tustin, is hereby amended
by the change of designation of the position
previously designated in said ord~_ance as "Director
of Civil Defense" to "Director of Emergency Services"
2. Section 3 (g) (1) of Ordinance No~ 189, is hereby
~ended to read as follows:
(1) To info~ himself of the duties of the
office for which h~ is an emergency in~er~
successor. Officers and employees of the City.
shall assist h~ and sh~ll provide each. emergency
interim successor with a copy of the California
~ergency Services Act, sections 8550 to 8668~
inclusive, of the Government Code of the State
of ~lifomia.
