AN INTERIM ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED AS AN URGENCY MEASURE
RELATIVE TO ALLOWABLE USES OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
ON FIRST STREET.

The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
The City Council finds and determineS:
a) That the Planning Commission, Planning Department

and City Council are contemplating certain zoning

proposals f~or the property skown"in"Ek'hibi'~r."'AV

attached hereto and incorporated heroin 'by this reference.

b) That it is necessary in order to protect the

public safety, health and welfare that the City adopt
as an urgency measure an interim ordinance prohibiting
any uses which may be in conflict with said contemplated

zoning proposal.

c) That pending completion of said study _no uses
should be permitted upon said property other than in
18
.accordance with the provisions and limitations of the
19
PC, Planned Community'(Commercial) District, upon
issuance of a use permit. .....
2. The subject property shall immediately be subject
to all of the provisions of the PC, Planned Community (Commercial)
District, subject to issuance of a use permit, and no uses
shall be permitted on said property otherwise than in accQrdance
with the provisions of the aforesaid district.
3. This ordinance ~hall become effective immediately

upon its adoption by a four-fifths (4/5ths) vote of the City
Council and shall remain in force and effect for four months

from the date of such adoption, together with such further
extensions thereof as may be duly made p~rsuant to Section 65858
of the Government Code.
