AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, AMENDING THE TUSTIN
CITY CODE RELATIVE TO REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND

The City of Tustin does hereby ordain as follows:
14-6 The Uniform Traffic Ordinance is'lamended by the addition
thereto of Section 3410.14 as follows:

3410--14 Regulations on Certain private Property

The privately owned and maintained roads, ways and
driveways, described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by.. this reference, and those as may hereafter

be described by resolution, the owners of all of which said
properties shall have consented hereto',. shall be subject to
all the provisions of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance of the
City of Tustin.

i~ Signs not smaller than 17 by 22 inches, with letters
not less than 3 inches in height, which state, "This way is
subject to the traffic and parking regulations of the City of
Tustin. Violating vehicles may be cited and/or towed away at
owner's expense. Vehicle Code Sections 22658 and 21107.5.
Tustin Police Dept. Tustin Police Dept. 544-5424o" shall be
posted and maintained by the property owner.
