AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
THE TUSTIN CITY CODE TO PROVIDE FOR MEMBERS AND ALTERNATE
MEMBERS OF THE LICENSE AND PERMIT BOARD
The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
Section 2-78 of the Tustin City Code ~ hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 2-78. Composition
The License and Permit Board shall consist of
three (3) members, the City Administrator, the C~ief
of Police and the President of the Chamber of Commerce°
Any member or members may from time to time designate an
alternate to serve at any meeting from which the member
is absent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 7th day of October , 1974.
