AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISH- ING THROUGH STREETS AND STOP INTERSECTIONS- 4 The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows: 5 ~l- The streets, or portions of streets, intersections or 6 entrances thereto in this City hereinafter described in this ~ ordinance are hereby defined and established as Through Streets 8 and Stop Intersections- 9 2. The City Engineer shall erect and maintain Stop signs 10 at all Stop Intersections as provided herein. ll 3. A Stop sign shall be erected on each and every street t2 intersecting a Through Street or portion thereof so designated 15 and at those ~ntrances of other intersections where a stop is 14 required. '15 4. Every Stop sign shall conform with, and shall be placed 16 as provided in ~471 of the Vehicle Code of-the State of' Ca!iforr"~ 5. When Stop signs are erected as here in provided ~t the 18 entrance to any intersection, every driver of a vehicle shall 19 stop as required by the Vehicle Code. 20 6. Those streets and parts of streets described in 21 Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated here in by this 22 reference are hereby declared to be Through Streets. ~5 7. When Stop signs have been erected giving notice t~ereof, '24 drivers of all vehicles shall stop at the entrance or entrances 25 to all those intersections of streets within the City which are 26. now or which hereafter may be, by ordinance or resolution, 27 designated and established as Through Streets. ~8 8. When Stop signs-have been erected giving notice thereo"~ 547-6181 ~ drivers of al'l vehi"ales shall stop at the entrance or entrances Z to all those intersections within this City which are now or hereafterI may be, by ordinance or resolution, designated as Stop 4 Intersectsions. 5 9. ~he-driver of a vehicle ~emerging from any alley, drive- 6 way or building shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to V driving onto a sidewalk or onto the sidewalk area extending 8 across any alley or driveway. '- 9 I0. The intersections referred to in Exhibit "B" attached 10 hereto and incorporated herein by this reference are hereby 11 designated as Stop Intersections. 12 11.
