Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DECREAS-
ING PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS.
4 The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
5 1. It is hereby determined upon the basis of engineering
6 and traffic' investigation that the speed permitted b~.. State law
V outside of business and residence districts as applicable upon
8 the following streets is greater than is reasonable or safe under
9 the conditions found to exist upon such streets, and it is here-
10 by declared that the prima facie speed limit shall be as herein
11 set forth on those streets, or parts of streets, herein designated
12 when signs have been erected giving notice thereof.
15 2. The prima facie speed limit for vehicular traffic on the
14 following streets, or portions of streets, is hereby established
15 as hereinafter set forth, effective when signs have been erected
16 giving notice thereof.
lV 3. Provided, further, however, that in any instance where
18 the prima facie speed limit as fixed by the Vehicle Code of the
19 State of California is less than the prima facie speed limit
5.0 hereby determined and fixed, then the prima facie speed limit
21 which is provided in the Vehicle Code shall be applicable.
22 4. The streets, or portions of streets, affected and the
23 declared prima facie speed limit shall be as follows:
