6 does ordain as follows:

9 Repeal Article III Of Chapter 2 Of The Tustin City Code And To
10 Assumer~The Powersc.And Duties Of The Planning Conunission By The
11 City Council~' is hereby repealed°
~3 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
14 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 1st day of April, 1974.
