~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
THE TUSTIN PLAZA SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 4.

4 The City Council of the City o~ Tustin, California, does
5 ordain as follows:
6 1. City Council. finds and determines as follows c
V A. That a proper master plan of development for
8 Tustin Plaza, designated Tustin Plaza Specific PlaD NOI. 4, was
9 duly filed pursuant to Articles 8 and 9 of Title 7 of the
10' State of California Planning & Zoning Act.
!1 B. That the Planning Commission, after public hearing
12 duly called, noticed and held, recommended approval of said
!3 plan.
14 C. That ~he City Council duly called, not iced and held
15 a public hearing on said plan.
16 D. The proposed City Plan No. 4 is an amendment to
!V development plans as adopted in conjunction with PZ-72-.138.
18 E. That said plan relates to the property located on
19 the north side of Irvine Boulevard, between the Southern Pacific
20 Railroad right-of-way and Holt Avenue.
21 F. That the proposed development is a Planned-Professiona
22 --Support--Complex.
23 2. The said plan is hereby approved subject to the following
24 conditions:
25 A. As a condition of the issuance of building permits,
26 streets shall be dedicated and improved pursuant to the require--
~ ments of the City Engineer and fire hydrants shall be installed
28 pursuant to the requirements of the Fire Chief.
~9 B. A declaration of covenants, conditions and restriction
30 in form satisfactory to the City Attorney shall be executed
31 rcccrdcd.
32 C~ Development standards shall comply with the
I requirements~ispecified by Council"Resolution No. 73-35.
