Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
ZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. ZC-73-7.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
5 ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines that:
~ A. A proper application, No. ZC-73-7, was filed on
8 behalf of the .City of Tustin for a change from the R-4
9 (Multiple Family Residential) District to the P & I (Public and
10 Institutional) District of the property located at the north-
I1 easterly intersection of Utt Drive and Mitchell Avenue.
1Z B. The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and
15 held a public hearing on said application and recommended
14 approval of said rezoning.
15 C. The City Council duly called, noticed and held
16 a hearing on said proposed rezoning.
iV 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the R-4
18 (Multiple Family Residential) District to the P & I (Public and
19 InstitUtional) District subject to the following ccnditions~
20 A. Development of subject property shall be in
21 accordance with the policies adopted by the City Council,
22 Uniform Building Codes as administered by the Building Official~
25 Fire Code as administered by the Fire Chief, and Street Improve-
24 ment Requirements as administered by the City Engineer.
25 B. The final development plans shall be reviewed
26 pursuant to Council Resolution No. 73-35.
~7 C. The final development plans shall be reviewed
28 by the Parks & Recreation Commission°
29 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
~0 Tustin, California, held on the 7th day of
