ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATIONS Z.C. 73-5
OF WILLIAM SOMMERVILLE
4 The City Council, City of Tustin, California ~inds and
5 determines as follows:
6 --I. A. ~at a proper appticati0n~ No. Z.C. 73-5~ was
~ filed on behalf of Willia'm Somerville for rezoning of the
8 property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
9 herein by this reference.
10 B. ~at ~fter public hearing duly called, noticed
11 and held the Planning Co~iSsion reco~ended rezoning of said
1~ property.
15 C. ~at the City Council has regularly called notice
14 and held a public hearing on said application.
15 D. ~e said property should be rezoned as herein-
16 after ordered.
17 II. ~e subject property is hereby rezoned from the
~8 R4 district to the PD (Planned Development) district.
19 PASSED ~ ADORED at a regular meeting of the City
~0 Council held on the 1st day of October 1973.

and read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 17th day of September , 197.3 , and was given
its second reading and duly passed and adopted 'at a regular
meeting held on the !st day of October , ].973, by
