2 / AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
/ AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO THE
~ TAXATION OF PUBLIC UTILITIES
5 Chapter 13 of the Tustin City Co~e is 'hereby amended
6 by the deletion of the following words from Section 13-37:
7 "Public utilities and service of all kinds, except
8 buses and taxis, including advertising revenues,
9 (exempt from tax if franchised by City, with fee
1O based on gross receipts) .... two percent of
11 gross receipts from City facilities or originat-
12 ing within the city."
15 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
14 Council, held on the 2nd day of April , 1973.
