ZC 73-3 4 The City of Tustin ordains as follows: 5 1. The City Council finds and determines~ 6 a) That a proper application (No. ZC 73-3) was duly filed for a change of zone from the R-1 (Single V family) district to the P & I district of the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto. 8 b) After public hearing the Planning. Commission 'duly 9 recommended such rezoning. 10 c) After public hearing duly called, noticed and held, the City Council determines that said pro- 11 perry should be rezoned as herein provided. 12 2.
