ZC 73-2 4 The City of Tustin Ordains as follows: 5 l. The City Council finds and determines: 6 a) That a proper application (No~ ZC 73-2) was duly filed for a change of zone from the PC R-3 (1750) V to the R-3 1750 district of the property des- cribed in Exhibit A attached hereto. 8 b) After public hearing the Planning Commission 9 recommended that said property be rezoned R-3 10 (2000) R-3 (3000). c) After public hearing duly called, noticed and 11 held the City Council determined that said pro- 12 petty should be rezoned as herein provided. 15 2.
