AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALI-
FORNIA, REZONING PROPERTY OF HERBERT
ZAREMBER ON APPLICATION NO. ZC 73-2
4 The City of Tustin Ordains as follows:
5 l. The City Council finds and determines:
6 a) That a proper application (No~ ZC 73-2) was duly
filed for a change of zone from the PC R-3 (1750)
V to the R-3 1750 district of the property des-
cribed in Exhibit A attached hereto.

b) After public hearing the Planning Commission
9 recommended that said property be rezoned R-3
10 (2000) R-3 (3000).
c) After public hearing duly called, noticed and
11 held the City Council determined that said pro-
12 petty should be rezoned as herein provided.
15 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the
14 PC-R-3(1750) to the R-3 1750 district subject to the following
15 conditions:
16 a) Parcel Map 72-58 shall be refiled with the City
Engineer, to be prepared by a registered engineeri
17 or land surveyor, and approved by the City
18 Engineer.
19 b) Construction of a 7' wade sidewalk adjacent to
the new curb, to approval of the City Engineer.
c) Construction of tree wells at 40' on center and
planting of 15 gallon size approved street trees.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
2'5 Council held on the 2nd day of April , 1973.

going Ordinance No. 575 was duly and regularly introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 19th day of March , 197 3 , and was given
its second reading and duly passed and adopte~ 'at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of April , 1973, by
the following vote:
