I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
2 TO REQUIRE TWO (2) PARKING SPACES PER DWELLING
UNIT IN THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

4 The City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain

as follows:
6 1. After public hearing duly called, noticed and held
7 by the City Council, and upon recommendation of the Planning
8 Commission after public hearing duly called, noticed and held by
9 the Planning Commission, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
10 Tustin , Ordinance No. 157, as amended, is hereby amended as
11
follows:
12 2. Section 5.29, Ordinance No. 157 (The Zoning Ordinance
13
as amended by Ordinance No. 175 is hereby amended to read as
14
follows:
15 Planned Development District '

(13) Off-Street Parking
17
Total parking shall be 2 spaces per unit,
with at least one covered space per unit.

Council of the City of Tustin,. California, held on the 5th day of March, 19 73.

going Ordinance No. 573 was duly and regularly introduced

its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held onithe 5th day of March , 1973, by
