ORDINANCE NO. 569
Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMEND-
ING THE MASTER PLAN OF ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS AND THE
5 CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE TUSTIN AREA GENERAL PLAN
4 The City of Tustin ordains as follows:
5 1. Section 17-1 of the Tustin City Code is amended to
6 read as follows:
~ Section 17-1 Master Plan of Arterial Highways
8 The Master Plan of Arterial Highways dated
1973, a copy of which is in the Tustin City Code
9 Appendix, is hereby adopted.
10 2. The Circulation Element of the Tustin Area General
11 Plan is hereby amended by the change of the classification of
1Z First Street, between Newport Avenue and Red Hill Avenue, from'a
15 Secondary Arterial to a local residential street.
1~- PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
15 Council held on the 5th day of February , 1973.

certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin is five; that'the above and fore-
going Ordinance No. 569 was duly and regularly introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 15th day of January , 197 3 , and was given
its second reading and duly passed and adopted. at a regular
meeting held on the 5th day of February , 1973, by
the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE .
