2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING --
~ SPECIAL SPEED ZONES ON CERTAIN STREETS
WITHIN THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin,
5 California, does ordain as follows:
6 IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED, upon the basis of an engineering
and traffic investigation, that the speed permitted by State
7 law upon the following streets is greater than is reasonable
or safe under the conditions found to exist upon such streets;
8 and,
9 IT IS HEREBY ~DECLARED that the prima facie speed limit
shall be as herein set forth on those streets or parts of
10 streets herein designated when signs are erected giving
notice thereof:
