~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 72-234
3 OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN.

The City of Tustin, California does hereby ordain
as follows:

7 1. The City Council of the City~-of Tustin, California,
finds and determines:

9 a) That a proper application (NO. ZC 72-234) has
been .filed on behalf of the City of Tustin
for rezoning of the property described in
10 Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
11 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
12 and held the Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin duly recommended that said property be
13 rezoned.
c) That the City Council duly called, noticed and
held a public hearing on said application.z
15 d); That said property should be rezoned.

R 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the
17 'R-3 and C-1 ~istricts to the P & I (Public and Institutional)
18 District, subject to the filing of a Use Permit indicating precise
19 d.evelopment plans for all or a portion of the site.

Council Of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 20th day of December, 1972.
