Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
~ AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, ORDINANCE NO. 157, AS AMENDED, TO PERMIT
4 DAY CARE HOMES - CHILDREN
5 The City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain as
6 follows:
7 After ~ublic hearing duly called, noticed and held by
8 the City Council.. upon recommendation duly made by the Planning
9 Commission, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin, Ordinance
10 No. 157, as amended, is hereby amended by adding to Section 4.2
11 the following:
12 Permitted uses:
Day Care Homes - Children.
15 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the .City
16 Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 4th day of December , 1972.
