AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
5 OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING CERTAIN
PERSONS IN NORTH TUSTIN PARKETTE ALSO SOMETIMES
4 KNOWN AS SANTA CLARA PARKETTE
6 The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as
7 follows:
8 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to be in
North Tustin Parkette, sometimes known as Santa Clara Parkette
9 located at Santa Clara Avenue, east of the Newport Freeway,
except the following:

a) Persons under the age of thirteen (13) years,
11
· b) Any adult a. ccompanying a member of his family
12 under the age of thirteen (13) years.
15 c) Authorized City public safety, meantenance, Park
and Recreation Department and other City personnel.

15 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regula~ meeting of the Tustin
16 City Council held on the 4th day of December, 1972.

Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby
certify. that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin is four; that the above and fore-
going Ordinance No. 562 was duly and regularly introduce-'
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 20th day of November , 1972 , and was given
its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 4th 'day of December , 1972, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN MILLER, SALTARELL'I, LANGLEY, 'WELSH
NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
