2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING CERTAIN
PERSONS IN NORTH TUSTIN PARKETTE ALSO SOMETIMES
4 KNOWN AS SANTA CLARA PARKETTE
5 The City of Tustin, California does resolve:
6 1. It .shall be unlawful for any person to be in
North Tustin Parkette, sometimes known as Santa Clara Parkette
7
located at Santa Clara Avenue, east of the Newport Freeway,
8 except the following:
9 a) Persons under the age of thirteen (13) years,
10 b) Any adult accompanying a member of his family
under the age of thirteen (13) years.

c) Authorized City public safety, maintenance, Park
1Z and Recreation Department and other 'City personnel.
15 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
adoption, as an urgency measure. The City Clerk shall-cause this
~ 14 ordinance to be published within fifteen (15) days following
adoption.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin

City Council held on the 6th day of November, 1972.

certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin is four; that the above and fore-
going Ordinance No. 561 was duly and regularly introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 6th day of November 197 2 , and was given
its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of Novef~ber , 197 % by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN MILLER, SALTARELLI, LANGLEY, WELSH
