2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
5 TUSTIN RELATIVE TO CONDOMINIUMS
4 The City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain
5 as follows:
6 .1. After public hearing duly called, noticed ~nd held
V by the City Council, and upon recommendation of the Planning Corn-
8 mission after public hearing duly called, noticed and held by the
9 Planning Commission, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of'Tustin,
10 Ordinance No. 157, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
11 2. Section 4.6 is hereby amended by the addition
!~ thereto of the following:
13 "Uses Permitted" - Condominiums, subject to a
Use Permit, and when developed or to be developed
14 pursuant to the criteria of the Planned Develop-
ment District.

16 3. Section 5-29 is hereby amended by the addition of
1~ the following:
18 "Uses Permitted - Condominiums, subject to the
criteria and requirements of the District.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED' at a regular meeting of ~/~e City
Zl Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 16th day of October , 1972.
