Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF
~ ORDINANCE NO. 85 RELATIVE TO APPROVAL OF
TENTATIVE TRACT MAPS.

Section 3 of Ordinance No. 85 is hereby amended to read:

a) The Planning Commission shall determine whether
the tentative map is in conformity with the provisions
of law and of' this chapter, and upon that basis,
8 within thirty days after the 'filing of the tentative
map:., shall reco~end,L. to the City Council, approval,
9 conditional approvalor disapproval.
10 The Commission shall report such action direct to the
subdivider and shall also'transmit to the City CoUncil
il and to the City Engineer a copy of the tentative map,
and a.memorandum setting forth the recommendations of

the Commission thereon.
14 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
15 Council of the City of Tustin held on the 2nd day of October 1972.

its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd. day of October 1974, by
