_, 3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A
4 SPECIAL SPEED ZONE.
6 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
7 hereby ordain as follows:
8 That the prima facie speed limit on First Street from
9 Newport Avenue to Red Hill Avenue shall be set at 25 miles
10 per hour.
11 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
12 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 18th day of September, 1972.

the whole number of members of the City Council of the City of
Tustin is four; that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 550
was duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 5th day of September, 1972, and
was given its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a
regular meeting held on the 18th day of September 1972, by the
following votes:
AYES: COUNCILMEN MILLER, SALTARELLI, LANGLEY, WELSH
NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
