~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE RELATIVE TO LOCA-
5 TION OF SWIMMING POOL HEATER AND FILTER UNITS
4 The City Council does hereby ordain as follows:
5 Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission after
6 public hearing duly called, nbticed and held, and after public
7 hearing duly called, noticed and held by the City Council, the
8 City Council hereby amends Section 5.16 of the Zoning Ordinance
9 of the City of Tustin, Ordinance No. 157, as amended, to read
10 as follows:
il "Heater and filter units .for swimming pools shall
be located in the rear or side yard areas, and
12 shall be screened from view."
1~_ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
15 Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 17th day of July, 1972.
