~ PREZONING PROPERTY ON APPLTCATION NO. PZ-72-133,

8 a) That prezone proceedings (No. -PZ--72-133) wen
duly initiated by the Planning 'Commission
9 for change from the Orange 'County"C0unty
(Small Estates) District to the City of
10 Tustin R-1 (Single-Family Residential) Dis-!
trict of the property described in: EXhibit
11 "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein

b) That after public hearing duly called, noti
13 and held, the Planning Commission duly
14 recommended prezoning of said property.
15 c) That after public hearing duly called,
noticed and held the City Council determin-
· ed that said property should be prezoned.~

19 Tustin.R-1 (Single-Family Residential) District,' subject to the

its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
