2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. ZC-72-229,
5 ~ ~ INITIATED BY THE PlANNING COMMISSION.
4 The City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain as
5. follows: '
6 1. The City Council of the Cit~ of Tustin, California,
~' finds and determines: "-
8 a) That rezme'proceedings (No. ZC-72-229) were dut~
initiated by the Planning Commission for chan~e
9 from the R-4 (Suburban Residential) District to
the P and I (Public and Institutional) District
10 .~ of the property described in Exhibit "A" a~ached
.... ~ hereto and incorporated herein by t~ s reference;
1~ ~ b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
. · and held, ~e Planning Commission duly recom-
mended rezoning of said property. '

Site is generally located at the westerly corner of
the intersection of Red Hill and Sycamore Avenues,
with approximate frontages of 1270 feet on the north-
west side of Red Hill Avenue and 1180 feet on the-
southwest side of Sycamore Avenue, and is further
described as Assessor's Parcels numbered 432-011-5,
7,12,13,15,16,17,19, 20, and including those portions
of the Orange County Flood Control District flood
channel and the northern half of the A.To & S.Fo
railroad right-of-way lying adjacent to and southerly of
said properties- "
