AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
Z AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO TAXATION
OF VENDING MACHINES AND INTERCITY TRANSPORTATION

4 The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain
5 that Chapter 13 of the Tustin City Code be hereby amended as
6 follows:
~ 1. Subsection (7) of Section 13-37 is hereby repealed.
8 2. There is hereby added to Section 13-6 the following:
9 There shall be eMempt from the provisions of this
chapter, the business of any express corporation, freight for-
10 warder, motor transportation broker, or person or corporation
owning or operating motor vehicles in the transportation of
11 property for hire upon the public highways, under the juris-
diction of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of
12 California, which consists of the transportation of property,
and every service performed in connection therewith, other
13 than where the origin point and the destination point of ~uch
transported property are within the boundaries of the City of
14 Tustin.
15 ' PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin
16 City Council held on the 3rd day of April, 1972.
