OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PREZONING PROPERTY
5 ON APPLICATION PZ-72-132 OF GEORGE AND THELMA
STOLTE.

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
G hereby ordains as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Tusttn, California,
8 finds and determines:
9 a) That a proper application (No. PZ-72-132) has bee~
filed on behalf of GEORGE and THELMA STOLTE for
19 a prezone change from the County E-4 ( 10,000 )
"Small Estates'! DistrAct to the City of Tustin R-I
11 "Single-family Residential" DistrAct, to the pro-
perty described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
12 incorporated herein by this reference.
13 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed and
held, the Planning Commission duly recow~ended
· 14 prezoning of ~aid property. -
15 c) _That after public hearing duly called, noticed and
held ~he City Council determined that said propert[
16 should be p~ezoned.
=lV 2. The City Council hereby prezones subject property
18 the County E-4 (10,000) "Small Estates" District to the~City of
19 Tustin R-1 "Single-family Residential" District, subject to the fol-
20 lowing condition: annexation of subject property to the City of
~1 Tustin.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular .meeting of the City
