AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C.
71-228 OF DAN JONES, ET AL.
4 The City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain as
5 follows:
6 1. The City CounCil of the City of'Tustin, California.
V finds and determines:-
8 a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 71-228) was
filed on behalf of DAN JONES, et al, for re-
9 zoning from the "U" (Unclassified) to the P.C.
(Planned Community-Commercial) of the property
10 described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.

b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
1Z and held, the Planning Commission duly recom-
mended rezoning of said property.

C) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
'14 and held the City Council determined that said
property should be rezoned.

16 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the "U"
!7 (Unclassified) to the P.C. (Planned Community-Commercial) district.
18 subject to the condition that specific development plans shall
19 subject to approval by issuance of a Conditional Use Permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Zl 2ouncil of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 22nd day of February , 1972.

DESCRIPTION:
All that certain land situated in the State of 'California, County of Orange,
described as follows:
That portion of the 148.00 acre parcel of land allotted to Teodocio Yorba in
Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa And, recorded in Book "B"
of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northeast comer of said Yorba land; thence South 8.43-chains;
thence West 9.00 chains; thence North 8.43 chains to the North line of said Yorba
__ land; thence East 9.00 chains along said North line to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom that portion described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Seventeenth Street and
Prospect Avenue, said intersection bein~ the Northeast corner of said Teodocio
Yorba Allottment; thence, South 0° 10' 14" East, alone said center line of
'Prospect Avenue,-100.00 feet; thence, South 89° 49' 46" West, at right anEies
to .said center line, 40.00 feet; thence North 0° 10' 14" West, alone a line-
parallel with said center line, 29.37 feet; thence North 45° 36' 44" West', 42.10
feet to a line parallel with and 40.00 feet Southerly from said center line of
Seventeenth Street; thence, North 1e 03' 14"-West, at right angles to said
center line, 40.00 feet to said center line, 70.62 feet to the point of beginn-
ing as described in final order of condemnation, a copy of which was recorded
September 8, 1965 in Book 7477, page 83 of Official Records.

Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin if five; that the above and fore-
going Ordinance No. 536. was duly and regularly introduced
and read at a regular meeting of- the City Council held on
the 7th day of February , 1972 , and was given
its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 22nd day of February , 197~ 2 ,
by the following vote:
