' AMENDING THE .MASTER STREET TREE PLAN ORDINANCE.

' '- 5 ordains as follows:
6 Subdivision. a) of Section 23-4 of Ordinance No. 283,
7 as amended by~Ordinance No. 29,5, is hereby amended to read as
8 follows: .
9 a) Trees shaLI hereafter be planted in the city in
dedicated rights of way,•public streets, highways,
10 alleys, .sidewalks or parkways and shall be of. the types,
as listed ~in Exhib'it "A" of this drdinance;and attached
13 hereto, which list is hereby adopted as the. Master
Tree Plan:
