Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
PREZONING PROPERTY PURSUANT TO APPLICATION NO.
~ PZ-71-131, INITIATED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
· 4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
5 ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council finds and determines:
V a) That prezoning proceedings were regularly initi-
ated by the Planning Commission by application No
8 PZ 71-131 for a prezone change from the Orange
County R-1 (Single-Family Residential) District
9 the City of Tustin Pr ](Professional) District on
the property described in Exhibit "A" attached
10 hereto.
11 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
12 and held the Planning Commission recommended such
prezoning.
13 c) That after public hearing duly called, noticed and
held by the City Council it is determined that
14 said property should be prezoned.
15 2. The subject property is hereby prezoned from the
16 Orange County R-1 (Single-Family Residential) District to the City
17 of Tustin Pr (Professional) District, subject to the following
18 conditions:
-19 a) Annexation to the City of Tustin.
20 b) That any structural erected on this property shaI
not exceed one-story or eighteen feet in height.
22 c) That the architectural style of the buildings sha
be such as determined by the Development Preview
Commission to be in harmony with the Residential
2~ ~eve lopment.
24 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
25 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 6th day of December , 1971.

EXHIBIT "A"
That portion of the Southwesterly 5 acres-of the Southeasterly half
of Lot 333 in Block 13 of Irvine's Subdivision, in the County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in book 1, page 88 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said
County, lying Southeasterly of the _Southeasterly line, and the South-
westerly and Northeasterly prolongations thereof, of Lots 18 to 21
inclusive of Tract No. 1967, as per map recorded in book 55, page 18
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said-
county. _.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM th~ Southeasterly 30.00 feet. '~
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southwesterly 33.00 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING FROM the remainder thereof that portion conveyed to
the County of Orange by Deed recorded March 29, 1966, in book 7882,
page 830 of Official Records of said Orange County.

its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of December , 1971,
