HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 531 (1971) 1 ORDINANCE NO. 531 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PREZONING PROPERTY PURSUANT TO APPLICATION NO. PZ-7 1-128 {RE-ADVERTISED) OF FIRST WESTERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY INITIATED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION. 5 The City Council of the C,ty of Tustin, California, does 6 ordain as follows: 7 1. The City Council finds and determines: 8 a) That prezoning proceedings were regularly initi- ated by the Planning Commission by application 9 No. P.Z. 71-128 for a prezone change from the County E-4 (Residential Estate) District to the I0 City of Tustin PC (Planned Community-Single-fatal Residential) District on the property described 11 in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 12 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed and held the Planning Commission reconm~ended suc~ 13 prezoning. ' p, held by the City Council 15 said property should be prezoned. 16 2.
