Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
5 TUSTIN, ORDINANCE NO. 157, AS AMENDED, TO PROVIDE
A PI (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT.

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,' herebl
6 ordains:

. 8 the City Council, and upon recommendation of the Planning Commissiol
9 after public hearing duly called, noticed and held, the City Counci
1O hereby amends th~ zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin, Californiz
11 Ordinance No. 157, as amended, by the amendment of Section 3,000 an~
12 Section 4.16 to read as follows:
15 a. Purpose of District:
14 The purpose of this district shall be to identify
classification on the Zoning Map those properties
.16 exempt status, open space reservation, public re-
creation, and miscellaneous uses distinct from thl~
17' standard classifications of residential, commerc~
and industrial.

b. Permitted Uses:

In the Public .and Insti~utional District (P-& I),

subject to the filing and approval of a Use Permit
none but the following use or uses, which in-.the
opinion of the Planning Commission are similar, wil~
be allowed, exemplified by the following list:

The development standards and requirements for de-

certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and fore-
going Ordinance No. 525 was duly and regularly introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 20th day of October , 1971, and was given
its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 1st day of November , 1971,
by the following vote:
