2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 435 RELATIVE TO WALLS
4 REQUIRED.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
6 loes ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council L finds and determines:
? a) That a-proper amendment proceedin was regularl~
8 initiated to amend Ordinance No. ~35-
b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
9 and held the Planning Commission recommended
10 upon said proposed amendment.
c) That the City Council duly called, noticed and
11 held a public hearing on said proposed amend-
12 merit.
13 2. Ordinance No. 435 is hereby mended by the sub-
14 ~titution of the following condition in lieu of condition 2-b:
15 The petitioner shall construct a masonry wall 6'8"
in height or shall, with the concurrence of adjoining
18 property owner Lewis Zeigler, .add courses to the wall
now existing on the Zeigler property to make such wall
17 6 ' 8" in heighth.
18 PASSED AND ADOPTED at'a regular meeting of the City
19 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 20th day of September, 1971.

going Ordinance No. 522 was duly and regularly introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on

its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 20th day of September , 1971,
