(hereby ordains as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines:
a) That prezoning proceedings (No. PZ. 71-127)
regularly initiated by the Planning Commission
for prezoning of the property described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto to the Pr (Profes-
sional) District.
b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
and held, the Planning Commission recommended
said prezoning.
c) That the City Council~~duly called, noticed and
held a public hearing on said prezoning.
2. The subject property is hereby prezoned to the Pr
(Professional) District effective upon annexation of the subject
property to the City of Tustin.
PASSED AND ADOPTID at a regular meeting of.the City
(Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 16th ~
of August ,~ 1971. .~

Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and fore-
going Ordinance No. 515 was duly-and regularly introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 2nd day of August 1971, and was given
its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of August 1971,
by the following vote:
