PREZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. P. Z. 71-

8 3y ordains as follows:- i
6 1. The City CounCil finds' and determines:
V a) That a proper application (No. P,Z. 71-125) was
filed on behalf of EDDY MEREDITH for prezoning
8 of the prOpertY described in Exhibit A attachedx
hereto.

b) After public hearing duly called, noticed and
10 held the planning Commission has made recommenda
tions on said application.

c) The City Council duly. called, noticed 'and held
12 a public hearing on l said application.
13 2. The .subject property is hereby rezoned from the E-4
14 (Small Estates) district to the Pc (planned Community ~ Business
15 ~istrict, effective upon the annexation of said property to the City
16 of Tustin, subject to approval of specific development by issuance
17 of a Conditional Use permit. !
18 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
19 Council of the City of Tustin~ California, held on the 19th day of Apri1, 1971.

EXRIBIT "A"
All that certain property located in the Rancho .Santiago
de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 68.10 chains North of the Southeast
corner of the Allotment of land set apart to Teodocla Yorba
in the original partition of said Rancho by Decree of the
District Court of the Seventeenth Judicial District in and
for the .~ounty of Los Angeles, State of California, in the
year 1868; thence' North 9.65 chains; thence East 10.02-1/2
chains; thence South 9.96-'1/2 chains; thence West 10.02-1/2
chains to the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom the North 25 feet included within
Seventeenth Street.
