REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C., 71-223
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

6 1. The City~' Council finds and determines:
~ a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 71-223) was
filed on motion of the Planning Co~ission for

9 Change from the 100-C-2-10. 000 (Central Commercial
District to the Planned Community District (P-C-~

"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference
