~ REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 71-222
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, here
0y ordains as follows:
6 1. The City Council finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (NO. Z.C. 71-222) was
8 filed on motion of the PLANNING COMMISSION on
behalf of ALE~U~NDER E. SANDORF for a zone change
9 i~ from the 100-C-2-10,000 (Central Commercial)
District to the R-3 (Multiple-Family Residentia!)
10 District of the property described in Exhibit "A'[
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
11 re fete nce.
12 b) After public hearing duly called, noticed and
held the Planning Commission has made recommen-
~ dations on said application.
14 c) The City Council duly called, noticed and held
a public hearing on said application.

2. The subject property is hereby rezoned £rom the 100-
16 iiC_2_10,000 (Central Commercial) District to the R-3 (Multiple-Family
1~ Residential) District.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
19 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 19th day of April, 1971.

Certain real property in the City of Tustin known as Parcels
33 and 35, Assessor's Map Book 103, page 23, County of Orange,
generally described as property extending northerly of the
northerly limits of the Orange County Flood Control Channel
on the southeasterly side of Newport Avenue a distance of
185 feet and extending easterly for a lot depth of 1240 feet.
