2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE FIRE ZONES OF THE CITYOF TUSTIN
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
5 ordain as follows:
6 1. Subsection 6-2 of the Tustin City Code is hereby amended
7 to read as follows:
8 Sec. 6- 2 Fire Zones
9 The entire incorporated area of the City is hereby
declared to be and is hereby established into fire
10~ districts, to be known and designated as Fire Zones
i 1, 2 and 3.

h 1 ) Fire Zone I1: I-,
! Fire Zone 1 shall include such territory of-the City as
i is illustrated, outlined and designated on that certain
2]'3i Map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by this reference and marked and designated as
"Fire Zone 1 of the City of Tustin, California."

: All other territory now or hereafter zoned by City for
17 commercial or industrial uses is hereby designated as
Fire Zone 2.

3) Fire Zone 3:

All territory now or hereafter zoned by City for resi-
n0 dential uses is hereby designated as'Fire Zone 3.
Z1 4) The Map described in subparagraphl) above, together
with the Zoning Map of the City~ collectively, hereby
22 are adopted as the Fire Zone Map of the City for and
in connection with application of the provis,~ons of the
23 latest Uniform Building Code adopted and in force in the
City of Tustin.
25 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
~6 Council of the City of Tustin, heId on the 17th day of May, 1971.
