3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO VARI-
4 ATIONS FROM THE MASTER TREE PLAN
6 The City Counci! Of th~ City of TuStin does hereby
V ordain as follows:
8 Sub-section (d) of Section 23-9 of .the Tustin City
9 Code is hereby amended to ~ead as follows:
10 (d) Any variation or modification of the provisions
of this Section to permit variation of the distance
11 between t~es, to change the type of trees, or to
permit the abandonment of any tree may be made
12 0nly.upon approval by the Development Preview
13 Comm~ss!on.
14 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
council, held en the 1st day of March , 1971.
