AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATIVE TO
TEMPORARY USES,

The City Co-until of the City of Tustin, California,
does hereby ordain as follows:

Section 5.3(e) of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby
amended to read as follows:

Such action by the Planning Department for
10 TempOrary Use Permit of less than thirty days may
be granted by the Community Development Director,
ll and Shall not require a public hearing or notice.
The fee foran application for such Temporary
Use Permit shall be $25.00, payable at the time of
submission of.application.
14 Said fee may be waived or'modified in those
15 instances where a waiver has been grsnted or modified
on a Business License Fee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 1st day of February , 1971.
