2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING BUILDING SET-
5 BACK LINE ON PORTIONS OF FIRST STREET.
4 The City Council '~of the City of Tustin, California; does
5 hereby ordain as follows:
=6 1~ The City Council finds and determines:
V a) That after !public hearing =duly calledi noticed
and =hetd ~t=he Planning Commission recommended that
8 the here~nafter provided action be approved;
9 b) That due ~,o the existence of prior non-conforming
structur~=s along First Street,-and irregular
10 alignment of existing buildings, the building set~
back ,line on portions of First Street should be
11 revised. '~
12 " 2. Pursuant to'>~he provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of
13 the City of Tustin, California, the building set-back lines of the'
14 subject properties are'=,here~9 established at-ten feet (10') from the
15 front property lines 6f th'e '!p~op~rties fronting on Firsts-Street, fro~
16 the easterly property line of the property' abutting Prospect Avenue
1~ to the westerly City boundary~ and. the' Zoning Map Of the City of
18 ~stin is hereby amended accordingly.
