AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
PREZONING PROPERTY OF C. J .BONNER & WALTER H. OPP
ON APPLICATION NO P. Z. 70-124
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
5 hereby ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council finds and determines:
7 a) That prezoning procedures were regularly initiated
for the' !prezoning of the property described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
8 herein by this reference;
9 b) That the Planning Commission recommended in favor
of said prozoning, after public hearing duly calle(
10 noticed ,~ad held~
11 c) That ~aid property should be prezoned as herein-
12 after provided.
13 2. The subject property is hereby prezoned to the planneed
14 Community (Commercial) District, effective upon annexation to the C~t
15 of Tustin, upon the following Conditions:
16 a) The application and issuance of .a Use permit and~
approval of development plans prior to issuance_~Of

18 b) The exclusion from permitted uses of service
